This program is for those getting back into exercise and are keen to try trail running. You do not need any prior running experience. You will learn to build the habit of running into your life with a 10-week challenge. This gentle intro will help you do it the right way, ultimately reaching a level of consistency you’ll be able to maintain long after the 10 weeks are up. Before you start, If you're new to running, it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit! This is the perfect opportunity to take control of your health, get outside more often, and release those endorphins to make you feel great.
